Muscari neglectum - I found a wild growing grape hyacinth. It took quite some time to finish the painting and I am not completely satisfied with it either, but from a distance it does not look too bad. However I got the most beautiful book with butterfly paintings of the talented and special Maria Sybilla Merian. Her paintings are breathtaking and inspiring
I have been collecting a great amount of things: leaf skeletons, little blossoms, flowers, feathers along with many pinecones and raindrops. The beech forests are turning an illuminating shade of green. When we go for walks the sunlight through the trees causes dappled patterns on the forest ground.
I have been reading The Fly Trap by Fredrik Sjöberg- it makes me want to travel and collect things.
